Would leave zero stars if I could. I went to be seen for a rash. I was told I couldn't be seen because of my insurance . I had a mass health plan that per their website and mass health was accepted. It was very clear from the medical assistants reaction she didn't want to deal with a rash or a person of color. If you don't want to help people all people you shouldn't be in health care. Fortunately I was able to be seen elsewhere but I had to travel 20 minutes out of my way but it was worth it. I was having an autoimmune rash... read more
Not helpful at all go to Boston if you can.If you can't it looks like doc brown is best choice.
My husband was told they can’t accept him paying full cash price for treatment because he has insurance but it’s out of network. He decided to go there because he had severe shortness of breath, we’re right down the street and there’s a doctor in the building. They still asked him to go somewhere else as they did not want to treat him. As he left, I called to speak to the manager to help understand the situation. Outstanding. Walk in mid morning, they took care of me. Quick & efficient. GREAT Dr. Wonderful receptionist even told me details about my health insurance! Def. Recommend. Great place.
