My husband was told they can’t accept him paying full cash price for treatment because he has insurance but it’s out of network. He decided to go there because he had severe shortness of breath, we’re right down the street and there’s a doctor in the building. They still asked him to go somewhere else as they did not want to treat him. As he left, I called to speak to the manager to help understand the situation. Outstanding. Walk in mid morning, they took care of me. Quick & efficient. GREAT Dr. Wonderful receptionist even told me details about my health insurance! Def. Recommend. Great place.
The receptionist was extremely rude, She’s unhappy with her job then she should be working here. Patients are sick it’s not our fault. Plus she has an attitude with us I just saw it today 1-3-25 at 10:22am
The receptionist was extremely rude, I dont know how someone that miserable can work in health care. He was mad that it was getting close to the end of his shift and didn't want to have to stay.
