Wouldn't recommend anyone visit this office. They are rude, impatient, and bullies. Tried to do their sleep study multiple times with it failing, and apparently I was the one to blame. The doctor has the bedside manner of a troll, and didn't do any assessment just forced their costly sleep studies. Turns out my issue wasn't even remotely related to obstructive sleep apnea. Thank you to the WONDERFUL people at South coasts sleep center who actually help. Don't waste your time and money with these scammers.
Ask for someone else if you get the bridge troll for bloodwork. She's so rude, can't get the vein and will rip the needle out and act like it's your fault. Other tech did fine.
Absolutely the worst customer experience. Go anywhere but here. The receptionist is extremely rude and clearly wants to be anywhere but there. When they called me to make my appointment for my home sleep study, she provided me with no details. I got there, only to find out that I had to do the sleep test that night, and return the equipment by 10:00 a.m. the next morning! Had I been told that when making the appointment, I never would have made it for that day, as I had an appointment out of state early the next morning!!! I... read more
Dr Brown is the best. He is so caring, kind and genuine. He is very thorough as well. As for the reception team, not so great. They were rude, dismissive and seemed like they would rather be anywhere then helping patients. Once you get in past them, the service is wonderful!
