The wait was about an hour for me (4 people ahead of me). I booked online and I I was able to wait in my car until it was my turn. The staff that I interacted with were courteous and professional
They was extremely friendly & respectful. The areas are extremely clean.
This place deserve 0 star that i would give if there’s an option. First of all, the estimated waiting time that they give you is inaccurate. I was told to wait 1 hour and half and i ended up waiting 2 hour and half. The app they send you to track how many people in a head of the line. It is USELESS. No matter what it shows it will make you wait so long. The receptionist, Missy is very rude and unprofessional. Very argumentative and not attentive.
