Got a home with Royal Pine and it’s manufacturer for the furnace was Prima. I wasn’t told by Royal Pine that I have to register with Prima within 2 months of moving for the 10 year warranty. Now 7 years later, the furnace is acting up and I’ve got kids freezing and neither Royal Pine and Prima want to take responsibility.
