I am not typically a bad reviewer but I want other potential clients to be warned of the prim salon’s owner and her unfortunate ethics. I went to prim and did not have any issues with my stylist until I got a new install done with new hair bought within the salon. The stylist sold me the incorrect hair and the final look was not even close to the picture I had shown her. Extremely disappointed with my experience. When their service failed, I reached out for support and reimbursement, and instead of taking accountability, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The lack of professionalism and customer care was shocking. I would not recommend using this salon based on how they handle issues when something goes wrong.
