I had gone to this salon for many years. The owner needs to learn about customer service and how to treat her customers. Most of the time even with an appointment you will wait one hour or more. If someone comes in after you- she may take them before you. The owner is very unfriendly and has an attitude problem and is very moody. Most of the time she will not even acknowlege you when you come in to the salon. You can ask her a question and she will ignore you. Made an appointment for my daughter for her first ever mani pedi nail spa experience. This was our first time ever coming to this salon. Was told that this place was really good with kids, we were greeted by the guy and I told him about the appointment, then the second person came up to check if was on the calendar, but seemed like she was upset about something and yelled at us to get a color then to go to the chair. I had an appointment and was basically pushed aside so another very “important” customer could get her nails done ahead of me when she came in after me. They were talking and chatting like old friends and I was in the salon for 25 minutes getting nothing done. I guess I’m not important enough. Never again. Women don’t go to nail salons to be treated this way. I have been a very loyal customer and have done my nails at this salon every three weeks for an over a year!!!!! Never again. I will bring my regular business elsewhere... read more
