Unfortunately, I wish I was posting a positive review for Prim and Proper, because the experience at first was great. I’m posting on behalf of what my partner has gone through. The initial first phone call was great, and someone was out the same day to take a look at our tree and multiple stumps to remove. They removed multiple smalls stumps, one large one, and an entire tree for us shortly after the initial visit. Would rate higher than 5 stars if an option. Owner was extremely polite, timely and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone! Pleasure to do business with , new lifetime client acquired. Thank you again!
Spent over 6,000 to have trees removed. Had part of a tree go through my garage roof and rip siding off my garage. Siding was repaired with extra that I had. Tom told me he would replace what he used. Repaired the roof, did not finish. Had several ruts that were suppose to be filled in. Made 4 calls to Tom never came back. I have since filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Hopefully no one else uses this company. Very dissatisfied.
They responded quickly to our call after a tree fell partially onto our house. They were here the next morning to remove the tree and take the remainder of it down. They did a great job cleaning up the debris as they worked. They were friendly and let us know how things were going each step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable. We would highly recommend Prim and Proper. Very efficient.
Tom was so professional to work with. Honest, reliable and easy to communicate with. The price was by far the the lowest of all the estimates I received. I will use him again .
