I have mixed feelings about my recent visit. I came in and needed a fill and three nails replaced. The design turned out super cute and similar to what I wanted, but the shaping left a lot to be desired. My nails ended up completely uneven. I even pointed one out and asked her to fix it, but she didn’t. I sat in my car and filed them myself on the way home, but that doesn’t change the fact some were already noticeably shorter. I got the polished mani. Ashlynn skipped the sugar scrub, massage, and even lotion. They bumped me down to the plain mani when I said something, but even that would have included lotion, at least. The worst part was that everything was covered with a visible layer of residue/grime, including the inside of the gel light, and it felt really gross. Chloe did an amazing job on my nails and was super nice. I had never gotten gel nails before, so I didn't know what to expect, but they turned out way better than I ever expected. I will definitely be coming back. The receptionists were also super nice and Morgan was super helpful while I was making my appointment.
This was my first time here for an mani & pedi and it was absolutely a 10/10! The vibes in here are so cute and relaxing. All of the staff was super friendly and promoting a relaxing experience for me. Belle was so personable and did such an amazing job on my mani and pedi! Definitely will be coming back!! 💕
