James in sales couldn't have made it easier! Lovely choice of cars. Very helpful with info and listened to what I was hoping to get rather than trying to sell me something that wasn't quite right. Car is a delight and would highly recommend Priests. Although there can be upsides to going to a big chain, I felt all the benefit of going to a local company that care about the customer and Ford. Good trade in price and fair purchase price. Happy!
