They’ve managed our property for years. Since they’ve taken over management, the value of the property and maintenance has gone significantly down. Very disappointed. Here’s a photo of a mess outside of our dumpster that a homeowner had to clean up. Priestley didn’t do anything about it. I’ve sent them several requests to power wash my breezeway to no avail. It’s just so sad, they do nothing and we pay a fortune.
This has been the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. This Thursday will be 10 weeks since we put in a request for a key fob to be able to use the community pool. When we originally put in the request they said it would take up to 2 weeks to get us the key fob. After 3 weeks had passed, I reached back out to see if the keys were ready.
