Very impersonal and unable to offer apologies for the inconveniences they cause. They don't offer a key fobs at closing so you can use the pool that you're paying for in southern Brunswick County. We had to go into Wilmington to pick up the fob in person or use the snail mail option. Our first year with Priestley management was a disaster due to having an apathetic project manager who did not respond to requests and made broken promises. HOWEVER, when Priestley, notably Kyle Priestley, became aware, the old manager was gone, and in his place the very BEST project manager was bestowed on our Condominium community. Pay over 200 a month for HOA and haven't been able to get into what we pay for. They keep lying and telling us it's the internet issue but On our 3rd key card and still can't use to Pool or basketball courts that we see people using every day and the cards they use work. We are being discriminated against because i sent email about 700 dollar payment they made people pay to fix the roads and people in this community live on a fixed income. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Our property manager, Tracy, is honest, professional, and timely! Our neighborhood has seen improvements in the maintenance, addition of amenities, and reduction in police calls. I've found Priestly's billing office to be equally easy to work with, and Kyle has been a pleasure to work with over the past 3-4 yrs.
Traci Mitchell has been wonderful to work with. Communication has been absolutely above Parr! She is quick to respond. It’s been very helpful and allowing me to help her.
