I had a storage unit there for several years. I was there before and after all the upgrading/new ownership that has taken place. I never had any problems with either owners. And, according to what I was told, my being a tenant there was greatly appreciated. I would attribute that to being a responsible tenant, always paying my rental fee timely, and treating the owners with the respect and loyalty they deserved.
