By far the worst company to rent a home from. We lived at the Park Ave townhomes as the first renters of the property. After a few months multiple things started breaking and the company would never answer or respond until we threatened to get our lawyers involved. Our AC went out so when they finally sent someone to fix it, they said whoever built the property cut major corners and were not sure how it passed inspection. This company is by far the worst company you can ever rent a home from. They are completely unprofessional and will not help you out a single bit once you sign for your rental. They tell you all these great things about how help they are and how fast issues that arise will be fixed. However they will not fix a single thing for you! You will have to constantly ask ask ask and still nothing.
