I needed vent cleaning for a rental home hence carried out a research which led me to Matts Duct Cleaning. Am glad it worked out great. Matt personally called me after I left a message wanting to schedule the service. We worked everything on email. His team member arrived promptly the day of the cleaning, updated the estimate for me, and got to work. We handled payment via phone and my tenants confirmed that everything went great. I'd definitely recommend this service and plan to use Matts and his team again in the future.

The technician was very thorough in his assessment and reviewed all of the pictures with me, along with his recommendations prior to performing any work. We had significant blockage of our vent which he took care of on the spot in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the results and now, not only does our recently purchased dryer actually work as it should, we have removed a significant fire hazard from our house. Night and day - would highly recommend Matts Duct Cleaning to others.
The technician showed up 5 minutes early! He did a very thorough job, explained what he was doing, and built-up trust with me. I once used Matts Duct Cleaning and it was completely different! They did not have a vacuum, cut into the vent on the roof, and only cleaned from the top of the house while the dryer was running. He moved the dryer, brushed the vent behind the dryer with a power drill and extensions, used a commercial vacuum, and also got onto the roof to clear the vent.
