Super comfortable experience. I am really impressed with the level of care I felt from the hygienist. Doctor was super nice too, took really good care of me. They even remembered my birthday- I would 100% recommend paying this office a visit. They’re open evenings and weekends too! So rare for this area. Obsessed.
So before this became Lighthouse, it was Dr. Premier, the office staff were outright rude! Now the office staff are more pleasant. Now to the problem, so I book for a 6 month cleaning, but two days before they do an estimate with my benefits companies and together over $1,000. A cleaning cost benefits over $300, so basically up sell you during your cleaning. I havent seen a dentist in like 20 years and so I was very nervous due to past dental trauma for the work I needed done. The first time was just for an infected wisdom to get removed as no one anywhere had any openings. It wasnt as bad as I thought with very little pain and the staff are really great and made me feel very comfortable. I am not getting some other work done and get back into the habit of cleanings.
I had a great experience with the team at Lighthouse Dental. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr Khddyer was really thorough and explains the processes/ procedures very clearly. Would definitely recommend! (I called and got booked & treated same day- how often does that happen in New Brunswick !?)
Wonderful staff, great experience! I highly recommend! All ages as well. I brought my 15 month old when she was 11 months and they just to a quick look and she loved every second of it!
