The old lady at the front counter is rude and not helpful at all. The orthodontist is great. Our appointments are really fast. When we drive 4 hours to get to the office. Been with them for years now it's really upsetting. But the old lady in the front put me on hold forever then put someone else on to tslk to me when when she was supposed to go get an answer from the doctor. Never figured anything out was treated like I was lying!! So the office side of things is not good to deal with!!Felt I was just getting the run around... read more

I made an appointment for my daughter & had to book 2 months out. The day of the appointment I called to confirm & was told they didn’t have her down in their books for that day or ever & it must have been a different orthodontist. Thinking I was wrong, I called the only other orthodontist in Soldotna & was told they were permanently closing so they wouldn’t have made an appointment.
