Found work next day. They forgot to communicate with company and tried to blame me for not calling them. When it’s the agency and company responsibility to do that. Worked for 3-4 months and asked for days I needed off for court and got them approved by both company and agency. Got let go during the day I got off. Ms. Marcela is a very rude and unprofessional person. I never cursed I never raised my voice I was just being persistent (it’s my money I worked for so why wouldn’t I?) which I guess they don’t like ….. They have no respect for anyone at this company!! They have no sense of urgency or care for anyone they work for. I will be going to the BBB and also EEOA. This company needs to learn some respect and how to be a bit more professional.
