I purchased a membership back in October 2025, I had to go into the car wash November 2025 to cancel my membership. It was successfully canceled. A week later I went in for a car wash and Gary was the person who helped me. He took my card and signed me up for a membership again without my knowledge when all I wanted was the basic wash!
