My son took his car to Tsunami Car Wash, and while the vehicle was in neutral on the conveyor belt inside the car wash tunnel, it collided with the car in front of it. He honked the horn to alert the staff and have them stop the system, but no one responded, and the conveyor belt continued moving. As a result, my vehicle sustained damage to the front end. Love this car wash!
Are you ever going to get any of your locations opened? No trouble charging you the monthly fee, doing construction in one location and closing the second location doesn’t seem like good customer service.
I went and paid $10 for a wash and the damn thing didn't even have pressure. The foam brush was sitting on the ground. There was mud, leaves, and sticks covering the ground in the bay. A majority of the vacuums lose pressure cus they have stuff stuck in them. Maintain your bays and vacuum station if you want to provide a better experience.
