Management that would not know class or morals or values from a hole in the wall and the only way they will keep you is if you are so far up their butts as in being sneaky right a long with them, they don't care about residents and will lie and hide things from residents, surely lie to prospects to get units leased. I put money down on a studio at there property in Colorado and the day before I was to move in that all was changed to a 1b apt that I didn't qualify for due to my income. I didn't have much of an option this late in the process and they would of kept a good chunk of money that was non refundable. Now I'm in a situation of not being able to meet my monthly rent that was indicated at $1161. a month has climbed to almost $1400. a month with all there added fees they don't mention a head of time. I have lived at Avia or St. John's Forest apartments for 6 years and for the most part have had a pleasant experience even with all the staff and name/management changes. However, the last couple of years I have had an issue with handicap parking. The residents in my building, as well as maintenance workers and hired outside workers, park in the handicap spot without a placard at least 4 times a week.
