Fast and reliable. Didn't try to upsell me and even worked with me to find some savings. Had to call back for a different issue later and they didn't charge me another service call fee. Extremely friendly and charges were over a third less than Overhead Doors (who were both rude and kept trying to sell me more stuff!).
