UPDATE 2023: Sunrise windows (bought out by another company) are breezy and parts are failing; one window is leaking. Will Richae from Pride is apparently out of business, but is working (or hiding) at Harris Exteriors in Barrington, IL. Will Richae and Harris Exteriors are unresponsive as to warranty or installation issues. Sunrise referred me to them for service.
