This company, Pride Mobility do not stand by their product. Luckily, I had a company called prime medical supplies in Corona, California that took care of me with this company 100% ignored me.
I received my pride pursuit 2 mobility scooter with a bad battery and the front shakes. I’m told that I have to deal with the people that I purchased the scooter through. it looks good, but looks aren’t everything apparently. The front end also shakes so I think there’s something wrong with the front end.
Bought a GoGo Carbon Scooter. It arrived Nov.21th 2024. There was a broken part . A small plastic piece that is needed to operate the scooter. We have been waiting ever since for the part to be shipped to us As of this morning Dec. 10. 2024 the part has still not been shipped. When you pay over $3,000. for a scooter you expect some customer service and a response to issues. If we had an opportunity for a do over we would select another manufacturer.
