Pride worked on my new build home and put in an electric car charger for me. They were responsive on both call and text. So far no issues with the house and everything looks great behind the scenes in the basement (I am an electrical engineer). The car charger install was quick and very clean with no extra holes, dangling wires, and no conduits needed. Price was comparable to others I spoke with for the install. Workers were very professional and informative in my questions.
Not only did they NOT show up when they said they would, they made no attempt to contact us to let us know they weren't going to come. They did not have professional courtesy to respond!
