Anastacia Rodriguez (the Office Manager) was very helpful working through the paperwork and final details after the roof was done. She communicated with my insurance company, and made so much of the process friendly and smooth. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us on this project.
Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Pride roofing did my roof last year. Crews were excellent clean up was top notch. Our roof looks as good as it did after install as it does today. We will definitely be recommending Pride Roofing.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional. Did not complete work in timely manner. They were salespeople and once they got my money- they quit responding. Overcharged me. Insurance refused to pay many charges outlined by the company as they weren’t in the original quote. The company’s poor work and responsiveness caused the insurance agent and the adjuster high levels of anger. Communication ended up triangulated between all the parties. It was an awful experience.
