Called because I had a claim and was getting the run around from my insurance company. Receptionist was nice and called back. But the actual adjuster wanted to argue with me what was in my policy without her seeing it. They turned me down because the claim was not enough money for them. Sorry my $20,000 claim does not cut it. Very unprofessional. Won’t return calls once you get with the actual adjuster.
