Pride services was very responsive and price reasonable. Sean was fantastic in explaining the proposed work and very professional with the replacement of our gas hot water heater. Work was done quickly and area left clean. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Pride on home renovations and also service calls. They are the best. Techs are great and very friendly. If you have plumbing work to do, these are the guys to call.

I called Pride at 3 a.m. on a Sunday morning after a frozen pipe burst in our house during an extended period of single-digit temperatures. We were in a cold, soaking mess. The only thing we knew about Pride was their trucks. The owner, Danny, called back within five minutes, ascertained that I had closed our main valve and said someone would come between nine and ten. The plumber must have been a junior person who made me concerned because he thought my hot & cold water faucet was reversed. However service was performed as requested. Very expensive.

6:30 am on a cold Sunday morning-busted pipes- frantic-called Pride Services in Rockville Centre-thirty minutes later they called. Steve arrived at 11 am-assessed the job--three hours later-ALL FIXED!!!! Steve was so professional, knew what he was doing- It's a wonderful feeling of security when you have a company like Pride-they are honest and caring about everything they represent. Lucky to have them in our community and other areas as well.
