Pride services exceeded my expectations today. Ali was at my door right on time. He then gave me a very fair estimate to have a new bathroom vanity installed and proceeded to do it with the help of his boss Dan, and Sean. They carried a vanity with a very heavy quartz sink and countertop up to the master bath and it was a tight squeeze to accomplish. I can't thank them enough for a job well done. Ali orchestrated a smooth operation.
Pride plumbing was extremely responsive. Called them at 7am, had someone at my house by 9am and installed a new water heater in record time. Sean from Pride plumbing was a true professional and explained everything through out the process and was extremely knowledgeable. Sean and pride plumbing are the best plumbing shop in town!
10/06/26 Ali is an excellent professional. He was on time for both appointments and thorough. Highlighted our task options clearly and was very good at identifying various issues that were unrelated to the primary job. Rockville Centre - Surrey Lane
I would like to thank Pride for upgrading us from oil to gas and replacing our water heater. They went "above and beyond ", very professional. Sean Lawrence was outstanding. He also addressed all of our concerns and questions.
