Pride of the west is out of stock in stores near me. The last time we bought it was in Spokane Cash & Carry last year and it was an hour out of the way while we were on a road trip to Montana. I went directly to the company website to see if I can order a 25lb box but they didn’t have good reviews so I thought to contact the company since it was driving distance. In October 2022 I ordered a 25lb tub of the batter mix. I paid with my credit card and never received the product, I have contacted customer service several times with no response.
So everyone they have changed hands and moved the original owners have sold out and retired they were great guys but the new owner is not that great he doesn't know how to run a business the right way even though he was trained to run the business but still can't run it I know all this first hand this has been in the new owners since 2018 and running it in the ground ever since and also he has to big of head on his shoulders I should have done this year's ago that's my bad I'm surprised that this guy still has it but I can r... read more
do not order from Pride of the West, they take your money and never ship your order, nor do they answer inquiries. Had to have bank refund my payment to them.
