So very happy with our rug fringe repair...can barely tell anything was ever ripped out. Everyone at the shop took time to understand our issue and provided many options and great value. We brought our kids to pickup the rug and ended up with a parting gift of a rug for the teddy bear to have.
Mr. Mehdi is a great guy. He cleaned my rug, gave me information about it and also managed to sell a great rug to my mother. He is an honest guy and is not chasing profit. He wants to satisfy the customer and make sure the customer is happy. I will be back for more cleanings and more buying.
