We have been buying rugs from Pride of Persia for over 20 years and each purchase has been a great experience. Recently, we discovered that the customer service is excellent.
They always do a great job on cleaning my rugs.
Lisa Slappey at Pride of Persia is/was wonderful, as we had 3 area rugs treated and cleaned after a house fire (low smoke and soot on the rugs so just cleaning was sufficient). Lisa was absolutely great with communication and following-up regarding having the rugs initially dropped off. And, she then followed-up the day that the rugs were delivered back to the home as well. Great customer service :-).
