Ive been here multiple times looking for parts and assistants working on a boat and noone would even acknowledge the fact that I was there. Terrible service
The best marina in the Kawarthas. Recently nearly ran out of gas in our boat and while I showed up an hr after pumps were turned off, Jamie and her team turned on the pumps to help me out. We've been coming to this marina for years and will continue for many more. Our kids also always enjoy the Kawartha Dairy ice cream!
Had a recent experience at Balsam Pride Marina; Jamie the manager was very helpful and professional. She resolved my issue quickly. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!
