We brought our car to fix at collision center. Tom and Sandra are great, informative and very helpful people. I really appreciate Tom for doing great business. You can see from uploaded pics how good work they’ve done!
Brought my 2019 kia sorento to Pride Collision Center for a cracked rear bumper (fender bender). I went through insurance for the work. Sandra handled everything for me. She was very communicative. Something that is not at all common today. She handled my rental and payment perfectly. Now for the work. Tom and guys literally gave me back a brand new car. They went way above. All staff was very professional!, friendly! The body job was done excellent. Quality is great! And most important I got new friends Thomas and his wife has same hobby as I do --- fishing!!! Thank you one more time.
This place never returns phone calls and it's a miracle if the phone is answered. Had my car for 1 months. No updates during that time. I had to call them for any and all updates. If you think you will get a faster response if you call the manager- they don't return the calls either.
