Horrible experiences with my new XLS Pride Mobility Scooter. It is not reliable. Quits all the time and won't restart. Has had motor replaced, been in shop many times and still has the same problem over and over. I want t refund! Inferior product that I cannot recommend. There is nothing like being immobile and being stranded. They don't seem to care.

The manual doesn't match my hand control. I am not sure how to set memory position. Also, the audio function is useless. No Bluetooth and the connectors provided are old technology. Other than that, the chair is very comfortable and easy to figure out. I ordered two and one had a defect and had to go back. Definitely include assembly in your home, even if it is extra cost. Very hard to figure out on your own.

I received my chair from national seating and mobility dealing with that company was the worst experience that I ever had with any company in my life ,from the delays with delivery dates from delays picking up a loaner chair.. them not having any communication with their customers was terrible I had to call 7 to 8 times just to be told to leave a message. but besides that I am very happy with my chair it is exactly what I wanted.
