You can notice the quality of the craftsmanship, once you sit down, n begin to operate the chair. The material is so very soft as the back of my legs rest on the footrest section….not scratchy like the tweed-like material of my prior chair. I spoke with Lisa today who assisted me in registering my scooter, She is the best customer service person I have dealt with in years... Thanks for having such wonderful people.
How can I register my scooter if the numbers I put in keep coming back as not the correct ones? Also the scooter was supposed to be made in America but everywhere on it it says made in China. Don’t know what’s going on. Just an update to this I finally was able to call and get a hold of someone at their main office and they helped me register my product.
Works good, good construction. . .I love it!
Have only used once to attend grandkid soccer game. Break down and reassemble ok. Performance very good. Some assembly instructions lacking clarity. Customer service much too slow to respond to assembly question. Purchased to use for vacations since walking endurance is limited.
