This company is awful. They showed up to full detail two cars at sunset. They didn't vacuum, left the windows dirty, didn't do the roof, left the wheels dirty, didn't acid wash one of the vehicles as promised, and left some sort of gunk on my windshield that I'm still trying to get off. I went back for a refund, but the owner Nelson jerked me around for 2 months and never returned my money. I finally just went to Amex to get my money back. I strongly recommend against this company. Total unprofessional.
Poor customer service and they tried to pull a bait and switch after I paid for my services. Not only pulling a bait and switch but lying about what was in the fine print. I re-read all of the fine print and Pride even lied about what was written. Very disappointed after waiting over a week for car detailing. This company is full of hot air. Lots of slick answers and promises. I would NOT do business with this company!
