Cristian is excellent at his job. Very patient and compassionate. Explained the program and equipment thoroughly. He knew I was having trouble with possibly using the machines because of my anxiety. He helped me work through it w no pressure. Thank you Cristian.

Pride was very helpful, supportive, and informative initially. They really know the products and take the time to make sure you understand how to use them fully. Initially they were always available to provide ongoing support as well. After awhile, however, their responsiveness to calls and voicemails dropped off significantly, requiring repeated calls to get a response.
Pride Medical is by far one of the worst companies I have ever delt with in my life. They are extremely unresponsive and I would not recommend them to anyone. Updated: 03/05/2026 I would like to update my previous review. I recently spoke with the Managing Director, Amir, who was outstanding in addressing my concerns. He took the time to listen, identified the root cause of the issue, and resolved it efficiently.
