Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible company. Their crew caused a major ceiling collapse in my bedroom while working on the roof. The collapse destroyed furniture, and bedding. The owner, Tom Reynolds, has been hostile and refuses to provide his insurance information (COI) or take responsibility for the damage. He is avoiding the issue instead of resolving it. AVOID this company if you value honesty and professional service!"

They recently were hired to power wash my condo concrete. They cracked the concrete in multiple spots due to improper use of machine. They also took a floor mat from my personal patio and tossed it 50 feet away and refused to replace. Not worth using unless you enjoy headaches.

Replaced gutters that leak at joints. Called 6 times with the same response, they will call back but never did. Poor professionals, holding my repair that I paid in full because other work done in subdivision having issues.

Highly recommend using Pride Masters Exteriors! Their work is phenomenal. They are professional, on time, and very responsive. I was selling my house and needed my window and window sill repaired in a hurry because I didn't notice the damage until I was painting a room before we listed the house; Brian from Pride Masters got the job done quickly and the quality was excellent.
