Poor maintenance of grounds and ponds. Overpriced. Picture of overgrown pond which is barely visible and full of algae.
Pride Mark is currently building a ranch town home for my wife and me at the Greenbriar Crossing development in Webster. I am a licensed professional engineer (PE) with over 50 years of construction experience and I am highly impressed with the excellent quality of the construction. The masonry, wood framing and reinforced concrete are installed well and in accordance with the plans and the NYS Residential Building Code. Not only is the construction top notch, the customer service is outstanding.
