We hit a rock hidden just under the surface of the water! Water was coming into our Nautique ski boat and we panicked. Pride was amazing!!! They drove to our landing and had the boat out of the water in no time (even on Father's Day). They guided the insurance process, ordered parts and fixed it quickly. Special thanks to Will and Elena - a great team!
This past weekend we had issues with our boat. I would like to thank Will for going above the call of duty to help us. He solved our problem over the phone and we were able to go out boating !! Thank you Will. You have always been a pleasure to deal with. You are definitely an asset to Pride of Muskoka
Absolutely incredible customer service! I needed a prop in a very short time. Between Ashley & Elena, a solution was sorted out and it was done after hours! I’ve never experienced anyone so committed to customer service before, and thats even during open hours. These ladies went way over and above: found a rare replacement prop, found a driver, and within 24 hours I had a new prop in my hands…. And I’m almost a 3 hour drive away. I was docking at they're dock the other day being extremely careful I shut the boat off to slowly come in to the dock as it was a bit choppy out the boat docking kid let the bow of my boat go into the dock damaging/ scuffing my new wrap on my boat. They took some pictures I took the boat out of the water, they said they would fix it I brought it to the marina and they called me a day later and told me they couldn't fix it and said they would not cover any costs to fix it.
