Have a 2023 sdx250 …. Not a cheap boat Tried calling 5 times during business hours on 3 different days, when they are open. I left 2 messages with my phone # asking for a call back which they don't care to answer and it will be a week tomorrow. Ended up ordering the parts I need through Another channel. Next year I upgrade, it definitely wont be through Pride Thats how you lose a customer!
