My first time dealing with these guys. I ordered parts for my old merc and they had them within a couple days, staff was friendly and helpful. I will deal with them again
This location provided me with very bad service, very unprofessional service. Last year on June 24 I called before I visited the location, and asked whether I need to make an appointment or not, I was told no and I was told they will make sure a specialist will show me some boats, but when I arrived there, no one could help me. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Unless your money or time mean nothing to you, do not come here! I brought my boat in for super basic maintenance. 1. A trim seal. I was told trim seals aren't replaceable and I'll need an entire new power unit for $1600 plus labour. I've since taken it somewhere else for $150. A bold faced lie. 2. Wiring for my bow and stern lights. After 2.5 months, yes you read that right, I finally had a minor wiring job fixed and a new rocker switch installed. Beware*********Beware ************************* So I had a Bravo 1 drive resealed with less than 10hrs on it about a year ago. Today (July 4/2025) it blew up and left me stranded on the river. Do not use this company for doing any major repairs or you will suffer as I have had too...
