My chief complaint is that they were not on time! In addition, the car smelled like food. I will not recommend this company.

Driver seemed to be speeding, maybe under pressure to pick up next customer? Next time, I might as well call a cab!
Driver was not courteous or knowledgable. I also did not approve of the interior of the car... odor and water bottles strewn about. Not a positive experience.
Obnoxious driver that spoke broken English. Strange odor in car too.
Whoever wrote those reviews in 2006 must have been the owners, or the company has cheapened and gone downhill since. My experience was quite different. The driver came late and car was untidy, to say the least. I will not use this service again. Many others to choose from out there.
Extremely professional and reliable service at extremely reasonable rates
Have used Pride Limo for all my trips to NY area airports from Upper Westchester Co. Their rates have always been the lowest and the drivers actually like their job! I highly reccomend.
