Although Pride Kia Lynn is only a mile from my home, I ended up closing the deal with Quirk Kia, which is much further away, because the salesperson was too pushy and not completely honest during the negotiations. I own a 2021 Kia Sportage and I always bring my car to get serviced at Pride Kia of Lynn. I am very satisfied with the customer service I receive. I have dealt with Chris on many occasions. Chris is very professional and helpful.
Great experience. I've taken my Kia Niro to this location twice for oil changes, general service, and a recall repair. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and straightforward. They did not try to aggressively upsell me on services that might not be needed and prices for the routine maintenance were reasonable.
Ben was amazing to work with. Highly recommend this dealership!!
