I love how quick they are with my car.. Ant was Awesome! He legit kept me updated ever since my car got into service. The Service Manager Christopher is a huge asset to the service center from all of my experiences with Pride Kia in Lynn. Beyond helpful and understanding with amazing patience. Was just there yesterday 2/3/25 for a check engine light on the wife’s 24 Telluride and Rodrigo helped me and was beyond helpful. I made an appointment to see a vehicle and when I got there I was told it was being worked on and wouldn't be available to test drive. It was pretty frustrating, but at least the online rep apologized for the miscommunication.
