I’ll be the first one to give a business a terrible review if they are deserving of it. Auto dealerships are the worst. Totally dread any dealings with them. I went to the Kia in Danvers first with my issue. They were sooo unprofessional on all levels;totally frustrating! I wouldn’t purchase a candy bar there! Pride Kia in Lynn (Chris and Steph) listened to my concerns, took my vehicle in immediately, double checked it, completed diagnostics twice for my approval, and they washed and vacuumed my car! Came in for a quick oil change. No appointment. When I walked in the gentleman “ant” looked like he had a lot going on, customers, and papers everywhere. He took me in a very timely manner, showed no signs of stress, had a big smile on his face and still got me out in 45 minutes. Never had such great customer service in any service department I went to. YOU HAVE ME FOR LIFE! THEY WASHED MY CAR FREE TOO
Have been with Pride Kia in Lynn for the past 13 years from a leased car to now owning my vehicle. Had my oil changed yesterday and the service was timely and I was well informed of the process and options/suggestions available to me.
