The customer service is top-tier. From text messages and phone calls, I was getting all my updates. 10 stars for Ant (Antonio) from the service advisor department, who made sure I knew what was happening with my car. I will recommend Kia Lynn to my family and friends.
Fantastic experience. Best service I have ever received at a dealership. Would highly recommend. Edit.... Turns out they drained the Freon out of my AC during the engine swap after calling they said the never evacuate the ac systems during a engine swap. I was then told they would look at it but it would cost a diagnostic fee as they didn't drain it. I took it to another shop was told the system was 100% drained and there are no leaks present. So cost 300 out of my pocket to fix something the dealer should have taken care of... read more
NEVER GO HERE. Buy a car from literally anywhere else. I paid for a four year warranty in full the deal was done and then they tell me they put the numbers in wrong and it's only three years after I already paid for everything. They said they'd fix it and pay the difference, it has now been months where they repeatedly ghost our calls or answer and say for sure they'll fix it and then never call back. Before posting this I even tried one more time to contact them and got the same spiel that they would for sure fix it and cal... read more
