Very nice place. The owner was extremely nice and the kennels were really clean.
Would give no stars if I could. I highly advise against using this facility for boarding any dog. Penny the owner did not return any of my phone call after several attempts over several days. I left numerous voicemails. The call kept being forwarded to voicemail. I also sent numerous emails with no response. I just wanted to make sure how my dog was doing good since this was her first boarding experience. The facility is not clean at all. It smells like urine and that it is not cleaned or sanitized.
