Incredibly disappointed. I called Pride Immigration for assistance with a J1 Visa waiver situation. I explained my situation over the phone, they accepted a meeting, but needed a $350 retainer to make an appointment. The day of appointment my husband, my one-year old son and I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes beyond our appointment while the lawyer finish an extended phone call.
