Your head or as he liked to call it “supervisor of security” at the Phoenix Convention Center during Fanfusion 2025 was one of the most unprofessional, rude, and ego blown to the max. We had no issues with security as vendors for the first two days and then on Sunday he decided to tell our company that was catering the event that we had to toss all of our liquids even though we had been allowed in with them prior and told us he had enforced it the last 2 days as well which clearly was untrue. Most disrespectful and unprofessional guards ever. That made my disabled veteran mother walk in the rain to put her purse in the car even tho it fit in the box. Not only that, they let others with higher purses into the auditorium. They would even let my mother check her purse in. We asked for a higher ups number to complain along with names and they all ignored and wouldn’t give us names or a higher up contact.
