definitely going back They were very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time in with my first dog and they did everything they could to help me select my dog's haircut. They were very quick (about an hour and a half) and when i went back to pick him up they even helped me get what what i was going to need to help keep healthy and him looking good.
customer I was very displeased with the attitude and service with this establishment! The prices are very high and the staff including the owner need classes on proper animal care as well as public relations!!! I absouloutely WOULD NOT recommend this place even to my worst enemy!
Very pricey I was not highly impressed with this dog grooming facility. Pride and Groom did a decent job of cutting our dog's hair, but the groomer was not very friendly to me or my pet, who was very frightened. She was professional, but just didn't seem like a dog lover at all. The prices were outrageous, more than twice what i pay other places!
