It’s a very aggressive sport so be prepared to watch your kids cry and struggle. Coach Joe’s wrestling class will have your kids begging you to let them quit, but if you stick with it, you’ll reap the reward of watching your kid’s entire attitude change. Now my kid begs me for an extra 15 minutes.

Absolutely love this place. Coach Joe is patient for beginners, motivates you to push yourself while also teaching you great pace for your skill set. Great place!!

Coach Joe takes pride in teaching the kids the proper way to wrestle. He's not only there for them during matches but he really gets in their heads and understands what they need to hear from him to succeed. My son has done a complete 180 with his mindset since going to this gym. I'm so glad we decided to attend this gym over the others. He's a wonderful coach and even better person inside and out. I would recommend taking some classes and trying it out for yourself.
