The providers here are amazing, some of the best I have ever worked with. But dealing with the office staff is a nightmare. No one knows what theyre talking about. If i call 5 times, i will get 5 different answers to the same question. When asked about the different information being provided, they consistently become rude and confrontational. I want to keep seeing my provider, but I may have to switch purely because of the office staff's incompetence and rudeness.
I have never had such an amazing experience at the doctor's office before. Liam and Dr. Melissa made me feel insanely welcome and comfortable immediately. I let them know I was nervous about my visit and they did everything in their power to answer any and all my questions. They were both so patient with me and never once made me feel ashamed for something I wasn't familiar with. They took care of me and I trust them wholeheartedly.
Had a serious medical issue that went untreated as they wouldn’t give me an antibiotic back in 2024. Had to go to the ER. They forgot to update me on my bloodwork and turns out I was running the risk of a heart attack unknowingly for MONTHS - almost a year! They also consistently forget to fill Rxs and you’ll need to call the office several times to get them filled.
After being a patient here many years, since it was originally Zest, I am still amazed at how great the staff here is. Raissa is so kind and caring. She spends the time to understand what is going on with your overall health and is so reassuring during the process too. Each additional practitioner I have seen for other visits have been great as well. And so many members of the staff are amazing, like Brenda and Hilary. Got in within a great time frame, met with Melissa for my appointment and she was amazing, very attentive listener to all my medical concerns and questions at my appointment
