I’ve been going to Pride for a year now. I’ve had mostly good experiences, but my last experience left a particularly bad taste. I had spent less than 30 minutes at my annual health exam- which is covered 100% by my insurance and includes full labs (if run in house) However- Pride didn’t run my labs, they sent a referral for them which triggered a co-pay for what was supposed to be a wellness appointment 100% covered by my insurance. I love this place! the staff is soo nice and professional. Their facility is beautiful and the providers are wonderful, caring and listen. I went in for a ear ache and although it was minor they treated me with their full attention and really cared about getting me the proper care diagnosis. I will keep coming back to these providers and to Pride Family Medicine and recommend them to.my family and friends
Been coming to Pride Family Medicine since it was originally Zest, so many years. Raissa and her team are amazing, so kind gentle welcoming and affirming.
The “New Patient” process is VERY FRUSTRATING. I called to schedule an appointment hoping to find a Primary Care Provider. I was told to go to their website to schedule an appointment. The appointment set up is done via chat, after about 15 or so minutes of back and forth texting, I’m told it’s only a “Request” for an appointment and the office coordinator will contact you at a later date, if I fact you actually get an appointment. WOW what a waste of time…
One minute in there was all it took for me to know this is the place for me. It’s a bit of a drive for me but let that emphasize just how positive of an experience I had. Reception staff, nurses, my new physician Dr. Surajan Panday, even the over the phone helpfulness and attitude before even going in, all the best I’ve ever seen in a clinic. They very obviously care, and if you’ll permit me a piece of wordplay, that’s what you want in your care.
