***This review has been updated*** They have made huge improvements to get my daughter’s trailer up to par. They have installed the outside handrail on the steps. Put new underpinning on and painted the trailer as well to make it look so much better. The dishwasher has also been repaired and the blinds have been installed. They still have yet to spray for the roaches. The only concern I have is when my review was seen, the owners son contacted my child and told them it should be taken down. My daughter just moved in. Her place wasn’t ready when they said it was going to be which caused her to pay extra rent at her old address in order to stay. They said they would bring her blinds and they haven’t, there are roaches being found and the owner said they don’t spray. The fridge was filled with mold and it took them a week to replace it. Plus, the ac wasn’t working and that took more than two weeks to get someone there to look at it. There are way too many things to mention.
