I came to PRIDE Conditioning with one goal: get back to powerlifting. Doug and Lindsay have taken out all of the guess work for me and have consistently programmed my training in a way that's been enjoyable, progressive, and simple. Beautiful, large space with full powerlifting and oly setup (tons of calibrated plates and competition racks!). For strongman training, there is a yoke, log, heavy sandbag, tires, two sets of farmers handles, and an axle bar. PRIDE is the best place in Charlotte to train for your next strength competition or simply get started on the path to more strength and athleticism.

I’ve been going to Pride Conditioning for about a month or two now and I’ve honestly enjoyed working out here more than ever. The workouts are challenging but motivating, and the atmosphere makes it easy to stay consistent. Coach Doug has been a huge help, always taking the time to correct my form, answer questions, and push me in the right way. Thanks to him and the overall vibe of the gym, I actually look forward to working out, which hasn’t always been the case for me.

Me, my girlfriend and my friend stopped into Pride Strength and Conditioning on a Saturday afternoon for an SBD day. The owner and gym had an awesome and comforting environment and I recommend anybody from the nearby Charlotte area to stop in for a day to try the gym!
