Took in my 2016 hyundai elantra having some possible transmission issues. Was quoted for around $1400 for the repair (that's with a "diagnosic fee" tacked on). 5 mins after driving it off the lot the same issues were there. They claim they did fix certain things but absolutely lied/didn't-care-to-check about fixing the underlying problem. New repair to actually fix it will cost around 4-5k. Best my car has ever looked. Someone smashed into the side of it on Christmas morning on the highway when I was coming home from work. It looks and smells brand new!
Friendly service. Made good on an issue found with a repair. No hassle, no fuss. They were understanding and fixed the problem. Set up rental and returned rental.
This was a highly recommended shop but craftsmanship and pride were lacking. Only good thing about the experience was customer service. Otherwise I would not recommend this shop. We had our rear bumper and cover replaced after an accident. We had to bring the vehicle back due to missing paint, uneven body line, and screws sticking out. Even after getting it back again the hitch cover is falling off now and a plug fell in front of the exhaust system that clearly wasn’t reinstalled correctly.
Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Poor work quality, not performing writing up repairs, not reinstalling removed parts, delays for incorrect or not wrong amount of parts being ordered, returning vehicle dirty after going back into shop for missed and uncompleted work, things the vehicle wasn't in the shop for being inoperable when returned. I was warned about this shop before I used them, too. I should of listened.
