That quoted me $100. which was fine. Then decided to jack it up 60 or 80 bucks more. They were to shorten it a lot (cut) & hem & to ADD a top bodice ruffle with the cut off part. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE RIDICULOUS PRICE CHANGE.
