Don’t use Pride Cleaners!!! They damaged a new dress and refused to take any responsibility forget about trying to get a refund!! Terrible customer service

I move to the Dobbs Ferry community October 15th of 2022. I started to use this dry cleaner's Specifically for my lab coats because I work for 3 different medical facilities including 2 major hospitals. They dropped the ball And Would not Rectify the situation. Three days before Christmas I took over 2 lab jackets. One needed to be dry cleaned and 1 needed to be tailored.
